July Recap

So... July was very much NOT the kind of month where I tell someone how many books I read and they gape at me like I told them I memorized the dictionary. far form it in-fact because I only read 3 books. BUT to my own defense I will say they are some of the more lengthy books I've read, and consist of storylines that I JUST WANT TO MAKE LAST. so anyway whatever let's get it going I promise I'll impress you next month.

Addicted After All by Krista & Becca Ritchie

Like obviously it's 5 stars do I even have to say that? I have never had such an emotional connection to a group of fictional characters since my middle school Harry Potter phase. To quote my Goodreads review "finishing this feels like such a genuine loss I need to get a grip". To love and be loved like Lily Calloway and Loren Hale do is pretty much the goal of my entire existence on this dreadful planet.. "to lose Loren Hale is to lose my life" like are we joking? Incredible ending to an Incredible series.

Fuel the Fire by Krista & Becca Ritchie

You thought that was all for Lexi Becker and the Calloway Universe didn't you...... it's most definitely not. The 3rd novel in the Calloway Sisters Series focuses on Connor Cobalt and Rose Calloway Cobalt and their growing empire of little gremlins. There relationship is so undeniably fascinating, I could no joke read about them for the rest of eternity. Five. Mother. Effing. Stars.

Long Way Down by Krista & Becca Ritchie

To tell you this novel absolutely shattered my soul would not be doing my misery justice. I sobbed for TWO HOURS like from middle to end of book just constant flow of tears. The 4th in the Calloway Sisters Series is the longest in the entire Addicted/Calloway Sisters universe and is focused on the TRAGIC, RIDICULOUSLY PAINFUL lives of the wonderful Daisy and Ryke Meadows. They're perfect together, absolute soulmates in every aspect of the word. Let my babies be happy please. (5 stars obviously)
